Coda Plastering Concepts Pty Ltd is seeking an experiencedSite Supervisorto oversee commercial plastering projects, lead site teams and ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site teams and coordinate daily work activities.
Monitor project progress, productivity and workmanship.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and site inspections.
Coordinate labour, materials and site schedules.
Liaise with management, clients and other trades.
Maintain quality standards and accurate site records.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreperson in construction or plastering.
Working knowledge of framing,



fixing and flushing on commercial job sites is essential.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to read plans and manage site activities effectively.
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety.
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
