This global Life Sciences agency is growing its Sydney team and they’re open to experienced recruiters looking to make a sector move.

Established globally in 2008 and in Sydney since 2016, they combine international reach and strong pharmaceutical relationships with a close knit local team. Average team tenure is five years, and the current Director progressed from Consultant to Director within four.

The opportunity

You’ll help grow their Technical Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering offering within the pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector.

Working alongside a consultant who has successfully reactivated existing clients, your focus will be on leveraging existing business, opening new accounts, building relationships and developing your own specialist market.

This is a full 360 desk covering permanent and contract recruitment. You’ll have an established brand, experienced leadership and global networks behind you.

Who would suit this?
You’ll bring at least two years’ agency recruitment experience
Life Sciences or technical experience would be valuable, but they’re equally open to a successful recruiter from another sector who wants to learn a recent market.
You’ll enjoy winning recent clients and managing the full recruitment process, with the curiosity to understand your sector inside out.
