An established property business is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join its finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with bookkeeping or finance experience who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is interested in developing their career within the real estate industry.

The Role
Completing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Supporting property and sales trust accounting processes.
Liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders.
Investigating discrepancies and unidentified payments.
Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly journals.
Maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
Supporting audit requirements and general finance administration.

About You
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts or finance administration.
Understanding of bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping.




Exposure to trust accounting or real estate would be advantageous.
Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
Formal qualifications aren't essential, with training and development provided.
