We’re now looking for a Customer Support Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract to join our Winning Services team at our Kemps Creek Distribution Centre. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on coordination, communication and solving problems in a quick-paced logistics environment.

The Details:
Permanent full time position
Onsite role based at our Kemps Creek NSW Distribution Centre
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, you’ll be the central point of contact connecting customers, installers, 3PL partners and internal teams across our national operations. You’ll ensure deliveries, installations and returns run smoothly while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer and partner enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
Scheduling and coordinating deliveries, installations, redeliveries and changeovers
Managing orders, inventory movements and records in ERP systems (Navision/SAP)




Supporting DCs, transport and installation teams with accurate administration and communication
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For
2–3 years’ experience in customer support, administration, logistics or service coordination
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
High attention to detail with data entry and system accuracy
Confidence working in quick-paced, high-volume environments
ERP system experience (Navision or SAP) highly regarded
