Ovolo Sydney is seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation from pre-opening through daily service. This hands-on leadership role requires a chef who thrives on the pass, leads by example, and inspires their team while shaping a landmark hotel dining destination.

You will own the culinary vision, standards and performance across Brunos, café, restaurant, bar, all-day dining, in-room dining and events.
