Role Description The Finance and Insurance Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Gold Coast, QLD. This position is responsible for presenting and arranging vehicle finance and insurance products for customers, ensuring all options are clearly explained and compliant with relevant regulations. Day-to-day tasks include assessing customer finance needs, preparing and submitting applications, managing approvals, and finalizing documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, tracking product performance, and working closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. The Business Manager will liaise with finance and insurance providers, ensure adherence to policies,



and support management with reporting and forecasting related to F&I; activities.

Qualifications
Strong finance and financial planning skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable finance and insurance solutions.
Proven analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Experience with financial reporting and budgeting, including preparing accurate reports and contributing to forecasts and performance reviews.
Background in automotive finance, banking, or insurance, ideally in a dealership or retail financial services environment.
Sound knowledge of compliance requirements and responsible lending practices in Australia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain financial products in clear, accessible terms.
High attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer files and deadlines.
Proficiency with dealership management systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
Relevant tertiary qualification or industry certification in finance, business, or a related field is desirable.
