The role requires a hospitality mindset, explicit communication, and a flexible weekend roster in Nelson Bay, NSW.
You'll work across channels, process reservations, and provide personalised recommendations while upholding Minor Hotels' service standards.
Competitive hourly rates apply, with shifts scheduled 7:00am–11:00pm.
