You'll be part of the fabrication team and keep material moving through the factory, from preparing sheet for the laser to getting finished jobs out the door.
Key responsibilities
Building material packs to prepare jobs for laser cutting: picking the right sheet grade, thickness and quantity, and staging it ready for the operator
De-nesting cut parts: separating them from the skeleton, then sorting, labelling and moving them to the next process
Assisting fabricators with drilling, tapping, countersinking, part prep and assembly
Finishing work such as linishing and deburring
Forklift work: loading and unloading trucks, moving sheet and pallets, keeping the racking organised
Packing and dispatching finished goods and checking paperwork against orders
Keeping the workshop and work areas clean, safe and tidy
About you
A current driver's licence
Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication or warehouse setting.
Laser cutting or sheet metal experience is a bonus
Good with hand and power tools.
Experience with countersinking, linishing, drilling or deburring is a strong advantage




Ability to read drawings, job cards or nesting sheets, or a willingness to learn
Attention to detail.
