NSW Health at Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonards, is seeking a Social Worker Level 3 to support the voluntary assisted dying service, coordinating care across community, private and NSLHD facilities.
This permanent part time role includes flexible hours and a focus on person-centred care.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Social Work and be eligible for AASW; Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.
