We area real family run centre, the family who own the centre are present, hands on and you will feel the difference.No area managers, no head office, an onsite centre manager whose focus is learning and building community along side you.
You will be able to contribute to decision making and philosophy decisions as our centre grows.
The ideal candidate will bebubbly, friendly, energetic, and have completedtheir Diploma (or are willing to study the diploma at our cost).
Candidates with Bush Kindy, excursion, sustainability, Reggio inspired philosophy and creativity encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
The following skills and qualifications are required to fulfil the role:
Have at least four years' experience inAustralian Childcare Centres
Have current, approved Working with Children Check, National Child Safety Trainning
First Aid Certification
Commenced or completedqualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
