About the role
You will be assisting our Property Management team with the leasing and inspection process across our rental portfolio. No two days are the same, so this role will suit someone who enjoys variety,



can think on their feet and loves working with both tenants and landlords.
Key responsibilities
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Scheduling appointments
Processing tenancy applications
Replying to emails
Conducting routine inspections
Conducting ingoing inspections
Providing outstanding customer service to tenants, landlords and prospective applicants

About you
You will be someone who is warm, confident and professional, with a genuine passion for real estate and customer service. You will enjoy being busy, staying organised and working as part of a team that celebrates success.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A valid NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
A strong customer service focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great organisation and time management skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work well in a highly active environment
Confidence dealing with people from all walks of life
A strong work ethic and desire to progress in real estate
