Fluor's Port Program is seeking a Civil Supervisor to oversee earthworks activities on site, reporting to the Civil Superintendent.
The role focuses on coordinating contractors, safety leadership, and ensuring project controls are followed in a large-scale, early-stage project.
The ideal candidate will have solid EPCM Civil experience, robust people management, and proven ability to liaise with mine operations and stakeholders.
