Sunny Sky Solar is looking for confident, outgoing people to join our growing solar & battery lead generation team.
We're not looking for experienced salespeople.
In fact, some of the best people in our team have come from hospitality, retail, customer service and other people focused roles.
What matters to us is your attitude.
If you're bubbly, confident, enjoy meeting new people and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
What you'll get
200 per day + uncapped commission
OTE 1,500+ per week
11am starts
Full sales training — no experience required

The Role
You'll be part of our face‐to‐face lead generation team,



speaking with homeowners about solar and battery solutions and booking qualified appointments for our solar consultants.
You don't need to be a solar expert or know how to "sell" from day one.
We'll train you on communication, confidence, objection handling, qualifying customers and the fundamentals of sales.
Skills that can take you a long way beyond this role.

Hospitality, retail, promotions, customer service or previous sales experience is a bonus but definitely not essential.
