It seeks a full time Investigations Solicitor to join the Legal Regulation team, based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working.
You will conduct investigations of complaints about lawyers, examine suitability issues, and provide well-reasoned recommendations to the Director and the Council.
You will manage a mix of complex matters, draft notices and memoranda, and liaise with multiple stakeholders while upholding
