You will lead a high-performing kitchen team across concerts, corporate events and large-scale catering, delivering exceptional dining experiences for thousands of guests.
The role requires hands-on leadership, overseeing kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence, with opportunities to drive menu planning, cost control and staff development in a premier Queensland venue.
