Who we're looking for?
Previous experience in propertymanagement, facilities management or a related property discipline
Relevant property qualificationsor studies will be highly regarded
A current NSW Class 2 Real EstateLicence or Certificate of Registration is required
Competent in Microsoft Office anddeveloping knowledge of building operations.
Strong organisational skills withthe ability to manage competing priorities
The role:
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a portfolio of threecommercial assets across Sydney.
You'll work closely with experienced propertyprofessionals, gaining exposure to all aspects of commercial propertymanagement while building strong tenant and client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-daymanagement of commercial properties
Build and maintain positiverelationships with tenants, contractors and clients
Coordinate maintenance requestsand property inspections
Assist with arrears management,tenant correspondence and lease administration
Prepare reports,



budgets and otherproperty documentation
Support the delivery ofexceptional customer service across the portfolio
