About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide.
Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to clients receiving support within their homes while managing a varied and rewarding caseload.
Responsibilities
Deliver complex nursing care in the community
Administer IV, IM,



SC and oral medications
Manage PICC lines, Infusaports and cannulation
Complete complex wound care and NPWT management
Conduct assessments and develop care plans
Educate clients and families while maintaining accurate documentation
Ideal Candidate
Current AHPRA Registration
Minimum 12 months acute nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment skills
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Passion for community nursing and patient-centred care
