Job Description
This is a dual-position role that supports both Reception and Food & Beverage operations. You'll be the welcoming face of the retreat, assisting guests from check-in to check-out, while also providing high-quality service in our restaurant and lounge areas., Reception
Reception
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation enquiries
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Provide local information and assist with guest itineraries
Food & Beverage
Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas
Take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a clean dining environment
Assist with bar service (training provided if required)
Set up and pack down dining areas
About the Candidate
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset
Previous hospitality or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential
Availability for a mix of weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
