We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join Mason's Tyres and Mechanics as a
Business Administration Cert III Trainee
. This is an exciting full-time traineeship opportunity based in West Gosford, NSW, offering you the chance to develop practical skills in business administration whilst earning a recognised qualification. You will play a vital role in supporting our operations and gaining hands‐on experience across various administrative and client‐facing functions. This traineeship is designed to equip you with foundational knowledge and skills required to succeed in the administration and office support sector.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and operational teams, including scheduling, correspondence and document management
Assist with client and customer inquiries via phone, email and in person, delivering excellent customer service
Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support sales administration tasks, including quotations, invoices and order processing
Handle general office duties such as filing, photocopying and mail management
Contribute to the smooth running of daily business operations by assisting various departments as needed
Learn and apply business administration best practices and procedures relevant to the automotive service industry
What we're looking for
Eligible to commence a Certificate III in Business Administration qualification




Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email
Reliable, punctual and committed to completing your traineeship
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Professional demeanour and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
