you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

What does your new role look like?
Providinga range of support and personal care services to our residents
Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
Adheringto health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
Providingmeaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
Part Time Afternoon shift
Wednesday through to Sunday 2.45PM to 9.00PM
We also have Fixed term employment contract
Sunday to Thursday 7.00 AM to 3.00 PM starting 15th of December through to 15th of April ****
About You

A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
Able to read and write English
Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert 4 in disability support.
Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza ****
Prerequisite that you have full work rights for this role as its 4 days per week.
