You will work collaboratively with the team to:
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Contribute to engaging, play-based learning experiences
Support children's learning, wellbeing and development
Embed cultural perspectives and inclusive practices into everyday learning
Create warm, nurturing learning environments
Work alongside a passionate and supportive team
About You
Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Have a genuine passion for early childhood education
Value inclusion, diversity and community connection
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Bring a positive and proactive attitude
Experience in Aboriginal education and/or inclusion support is highly desirable
