The Opportunity
As Clinical Director,



you'll provide strategic and clinical leadership across Mental Health Services in the Central Australia Region, leading specialist medical teams while shaping the future direction of regional mental health care. You'll work closely with senior executives and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, culturally responsive services across urban and remote communities.
This role offers a rare opportunity to combine senior leadership responsibilities with specialist clinical practice while influencing service delivery across a vast and unique region.
About You
You are an experienced Psychiatrist and proven clinical leader who:
Holds Specialist Registration and FRANZCP (or equivalent)
Has extensive senior psychiatric practice experience
Demonstrates strong leadership and governance capability
Is passionate about culturally safe mental healthcare
Thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
