About the Role
This role focuses on delivering personalised, high-quality care to residents, working alongside enrolled nurses, allied health professionals, medical staff, families, and residents to develop and deliver individualised care plans. The role aligns with Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission guidelines and national standards, ensuring quality care and safety.
Duties
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, resident-focused care that meets aged care standards.
Effectively prioritise and manage multiple demands, responding appropriately to urgent clinical needs.
Apply clear, rational decision-making when handling complex issues and maintain composure during problem-solving.




Support the multi-disciplinary in prioritising resident care needs efficiently to create a positive work environment that meets community expectations.
Adhere to clinical quality and safety standards and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills
Proven ability to work as part of a team.
