This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist who enjoys combining hands-on clinical treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation and patient education .
You will work with a varied caseload across musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, chronic conditions and acute presentations.
Our practice is committed to providing personalised, evidence-informed care in a supportive clinical environment, with dedicated consultation time and access to an on-site gym for exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans Providing hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based physiotherapy interventions Prescribing and progressing tailored rehabilitation and exercise programs Treating musculoskeletal, sports and general rehabilitation presentations Supporting patients with chronic conditions and acute injuries Providing patient education and self-management strategies Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as required Preparing clinical documentation,
