The Moonee Valley City Council is looking for a Casual Duty Manager to join the Clocktower Centre team.
You will oversee Front of House operations for performances, events, and functions, ensuring exceptional customer service for patrons, hirers, and users of the Centre.
Your role will involve liaising with event hirers, managing staff, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly for all events, all while upholding safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead the Front of House team,



ensuring exceptional customer service is provided.
Supervise and coordinate Front of House, Box Office, Catering, and Technical staff during events.
Communicate clearly with patrons, hirers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure safety protocols, including emergency evacuation procedures, are followed.
Ensure that venue equipment is set-up, used and packed down as per Clocktower Centre protected working policies and procedures.
Manage venue operations, including equipment setup, merchandise sales, and first aid.
Ensure that all relevant reports are completed, including Daily Event Report, Costing Report, and Incident Reports.
