About the role
Assist a Commonwealth Government department by designing and improving learning experiences through program review, instructional design and multimedia production, supported by the intranet, media library and Lumi.
Duties:
Design learning solutions using adult learning and human-centred design principles.




Design and develop e-learning programs, workshops and scenario-based learning.
Create and edit multimedia learning content, including video, graphics and digital resources.
Engage stakeholders to identify learning needs and requirements.
Publish and manage learning content across learning management systems and digital platforms.
Requisite skills/experience:
Experience in learning management system administration, instructional design, digital learning development, and multimedia content management is required.
Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proven ability to create, publish, and maintain digital learning and online content.
