You will work across divisions, partnering with senior leaders to deliver coordinated strategies that advance Indigenous outcomes and workforce planning.
You will champion culturally secure practices, strengthen cultural capability, and grow an Indigenous staff community while guiding senior stakeholders across the university in decision making.
