We are partnering with a well-established Melbourne fit out and refurbishment contractor turning over approximately $60m annually to recruit an experienced Project Director.
This is a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects, supporting Project Managers and Site Managers, and playing a key role in the continued growth and performance of the business.
The Role Provide leadership and oversight across multiple fit out and refurbishment projects Mentor and support Project Managers, Site Managers and commercial teams Maintain solid relationships with key clients, consultants and subcontractors Monitor project performance across programme, commercial outcomes, quality and safety Assist with procurement, resourcing,



risk management and project strategy Work closely with senior management on business planning and operational improvement Support pre-construction and tender teams on major opportunities Ensure projects are delivered consistently in line with client expectations and company standards About You Proven experience in a senior project leadership role within commercial construction Strong background in fit out, refurbishment or live-environment projects Demonstrated experience managing multiple project teams simultaneously Strong commercial, contractual and programme management capability Excellent client and stakeholder management skills Ability to mentor and develop high-performing project teams Solid understanding of the Melbourne commercial construction market What's In It For You?
