THE PERSON Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required.
Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety HACCP regulations.
