Partner with the Nurse Unit Manager to lead people, drive improvements and build a positive, high-performing service.
Lead, coach and empower nurses to deliver quality care Champion consistent, person-centred care across the service Inspire teamwork, capability and qualified growth Drive practice improvements and support positive change Shape staffing, rosters, leave and daily work allocation Support performance, resource and service planning Build robust, collaborative relationships across the team Guide less experienced nurses and share your expertise About You To be successful in this role you will: Hold current or eligible NMBA registration as a Nurse Bring strong nursing experience and sound clinical practice Enjoy supporting,
