About the Role
Our team is growing, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and motivated Branch Manager to jump onboard at our successful Hydro-Shop in Kalgoorlie WA branch.
The Hydro-Shop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, performance, and profitability of the Kalgoorlie Hydro-Shop branch. This includes effective leadership and management of the technician and administrative teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving sustainable sales and service growth. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to identify, capitalise and grow the business further.
Duties
Sales & Business Development
-to drive company sales and growth
Strong Team Leadership & People Management skills
- to drive high performance across the team
Service Operations experience
- to drive and service technician activities, customer service levels
Branch Administration & Reporting




- Have the ability to manage branch budgets, P&L;, and operational KPIs
Compliance & Workplace Safety -
Ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in hydraulic systems, hose and fitting or fluid handling products in a sales, technical or support role
The ability to understand sales targets and application to achieve
SAGE or similar ERP system knowledge preferred
Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook
Trade qualification or business management background (desirable).
Relevant leadership or supervisory training.
Valid driver's license.
