As a Leasing Agent at Hive – Kelvin Grove, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing tenants for our rental properties.

Conducting property viewings and presenting units to prospective tenants
Assisting applicants through the leasing process
Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Team
Supporting property management and ensuring compliance standards are met
Collaborating closely with the Leasing Coordinator, Maintenance Team, and Property Operations

, with shifts offered on
weekdays and Saturdays
during peak periods (January - February, June-July, and October–December).
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and presentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
QLD Real Estate Qualification: Hold or can acquire a valid and current Registration
Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair-Trading QLD
