Uniting AgeWell is seeking a proactive Occupational Therapist to provide home‐based OT services across the North Melbourne metro region for clients aged 65+. This role supports diverse funding streams including SAH and CHSP, focusing on strengths‐based, goal‐directed interventions to enhance safety and independence.
You will work with a supportive Allied Health team, receive supervision from the Practice Lead, and have opportunities for skilled growth within a values‐based, not-for-profit
