Senior Site Manager – Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment

Lead the delivery of complex commercial projects within an established, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end site operations, programming and project delivery
Lead site teams, subcontractors and services trades to achieve project milestones
Drive quality, safety and programme performance across multiple trades
Maintain WHS&E;, QA compliance and site reporting
Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships on site
Identify and proactively resolve site challenges to ensure successful project delivery




About You
Minimum 8 years' experience within commercial fitout and refurbishment
At least 5 years operating as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager
Solid project experience across hospitality and/or education sectors highly regarded
Proven ability to lead complex, fast-paced fitout and refurbishment projects
Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills
Trade background or relevant construction qualification
Procore, 1Breadcrumb, HammerTech or similar software experience advantageous
