About the role We are currently seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to join our Unite32 team.
Laing O'Rourke has been appointed by the Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA) as the Delivery Partner for the $7.1bn Brisbane **** Olympic and Paralympic Games Venues Infrastructure Program.
This achievement is celebrated with our joint venture partner AECOM, as part of the Unite32 consortium, a strategic team formed specifically to deliver the **** Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Key responsibilities Lead the coordination and delivery of building services across major infrastructure projects.
Manage MEP design, construction integration and stakeholder engagement from planning through to completion.
Drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes while mitigating project risks.
Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and delivery teams to optimise project performance.
Champion innovation, constructability and best practice to ensure successful project outcomes.




About you Proven experience managing building services delivery across major construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and their integration.
Skilled at building collaborative relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Demonstrated ability to drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.
A proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
