dry goods and vegetables in correct mannerPreparing all the mis-en-place for assigned sectionAssists in quality control of itemsQualificationsCompletion of Chef ApprenticeshipCertificate on Commercial CookeryGood Hygiene and food safety KnowledgeSafe and accurate knife skillsKnowledge and experience in a variety of different cooking methodsDesired: Experience as Commis Chef in 1 Hatted restaurant or similar environmentThis is your chance to work with exclusive clientele at a luxury hotel like no other.
