This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to motivated individuals who enjoy working in a customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGolf OperationsGolf operations administration and customer serviceOpening and closing the Operations Centre, including minor housekeepingFront counter service and tee sheet / time sheet managementCoordination of golf activity including:1st tee controlCourse marshallingCart fleet managementImplementing and supporting operational policies and proceduresManaging customer paymentsManaging future tee bookings and paymentsCompetition administration and managementManaging group bookings (social and corporate)Assisting in delivering a consistent,



first-class facility experienceRetailSelling golf merchandisePresenting the retail space in a clean and professional mannerAssisting with stock control and orderingFood & BeverageFront of house service including orders, delivery, bar, and barista dutiesMinor housekeeping dutiesAssisting back of house team as requiredAssisting with stock control and orderingAbout YouReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an integral member of the customer-facing team.
