Head Office Compliance Officer - LauncestonNJL is seeking a friendly, organised and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Head Office Team, this position is fixed-term, full-time based in Launceston.

Our Head Office team ensures you will always have the assistance you need.Head Office Compliance Officer conducts audits, ensures timely and accurate processing of data, and develops an understanding of policies and procedures related to government funded programs.
To develop reports for the management team and coordinator, to query and ask questions to ensure accuracy.
To seek reimbursements using correct evidence.
To support operational staff with the delivery of their roles.
To support NJL's IT Team to meet ISO***** requirements.Duties will include:Daily maintenance of spreadsheetsReview evidence and information for reimbursementsRequest, review and collate documentary evidenceUse specific platforms to enter accurate informationProvide operational staff with information relating to their roleProvide Manager's and Coordinators with reportsReview, action and monitor departmental requirementsMaintain absolute confidentiality and securityParticipation in staff meetingsCompliance with Legislation, Child safety,
