We are known for our cohesive culture, our focus on developing future leaders, and our continued investment in the systems, skills and opportunities that support our people and their success.We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our firm, supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across the firm.About the RoleReporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll contribute to a broad range of marketing activities, including campaign delivery, communications, content development, digital marketing, website management, brand management, stakeholder engagement, events and marketing projects.This is a varied, hands‐on role where you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high‐quality initiatives that strengthen the Perks brand and support our broader business objectives.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies across digital and traditional channelsCreate and coordinate engaging content and marketing collateral, including articles, eDMs, presentations, proposals, videos, podcasts and social media contentManage and optimise digital platforms, applying SEO techniques and analysing performance to drive continuous improvement across websites,



email marketing and social media channelsChampion brand consistency across all marketing materials and communicationsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives, coordinate projects and achieve business outcomesProvide general support to the overall marketing function including planning, coordination and reportingAbout YouYou'll be an experienced Marketing qualified who enjoys variety and can confidently balance creative thinking with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
You'll bring a positive attitude to work each day and enjoy building relationships with various stakeholders across the business.You'll also have the following:At least four years of experience in a similar roleStrong writing, editing and proofreading skillsA sound understanding of marketing, communications and visual design principlesExperience creating content for editorial, social media and direct marketing channelsAn interest in digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and content best practiceExperience using digital marketing platforms and applying insights to improve campaign and content performanceProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and PhotoshopExperience using Hubspot would be desirable but not essentialStrong organisation, prioritisation and time‐management skillsThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with othersA degree in Marketing, Communications or Media (or similar)Why join Perks?
