As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Officer to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the technology infrastructure that underpins our operations across hospitality venues, corporate offices and remote locations.The RoleReporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible for providing technical support across the business, ensuring the effective operation, maintenance and security of our IT systems, networks and end-user devices.
You will work closely with employees, managers and external vendors to deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshoot issues, implement technology solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.The successful candidate will be a dependable and technically capable professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesA relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Information Technology,



Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience in an IT Support, Systems Administration or Service Desk roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applicationsExperience supporting Active Directory, Azure AD and user account administrationDemonstrated experience supporting hardware, software, printers, mobile devices and peripheral equipmentExperience with network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and wireless technologiesKnowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection and IT security best practicesExperience managing user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access managementAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectivelyExperience working with ticketing systems and maintaining accurate technical documentationStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical usersExcellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detailA proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisationAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentFlexibility to provide support across multiple sites and business locations when requiredStrong commitment to customer service and delivering a positive end-user experienceTrippas White Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages First Nations Australians to apply.
