Your work will focus on advertising and marketing reviews, material distributor oversight and Design and Distribution Obligations reporting.Working with colleagues across Governance and Oversight,



Transaction Management, Client Management, Legal, Risk and Compliance, you will also engage with investment managers, distributors and platform providers.Key ResponsibilitiesReview advertising and marketing materials against relevant regulatory requirementsCheck that marketing content aligns with investment managers' strategies and the Target Market DeterminationUndertake surveillance activity on advertising and marketing campaigns in the public forumSupport the delivery of the Distributor Management and Oversight Framework within required policy timeframesIssue and track material distributor questionnaires and follow up outstanding responsesConduct detailed reviews as part of the material distributor oversight processAssist in educating our distributors on our expectations to ensure compliance with DDOPrepare DDO analysis and reporting for management and the Board, including complaints data, dealing reports and significant dealing assessmentsMaintain accurate records, trackers and supporting documentation.About youWe're interested in hearing from people who have:A degree in law, business, commerce or economics1+ years experience in funds management, financial services, governance, compliance,
