Job Description:An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Premium & Credit Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate premium calculations, timely payments, and high-quality customer service, while supporting compliance with WorkSafe legislative and policy requirements.This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in the WorkCover industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering accurate outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage an allocated portfolio to ensure premiums are calculated accurately and collected on timeProcess current business applications in line with WorkSafe guidelinesRespond to internal and external stakeholder queries within agreed service standardsMaintain accurate data entry and certification recordsEnsure compliance with legislative, audit, and policy requirementsMonitor and meet performance and policy targetsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and training programsSupport debt collection activities in line with business processesAbout YouYou will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering excellent customer service.To be successful, you will have:3-4 years' experience in the WorkCover / Workers Compensation industryStrong knowledge of the Premiums Act, Premiums Order, and premium calculation processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet deadlines and manage a portfolio autonomouslySolid Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)Experience using WorkSafe systems such as ACCtion and VPCS (highly regarded)A strong commitment to compliance, privacy, and workplace safetyAbout usDXC Technology (NYSE: DXC)
