You will be joining a growing school, managing end-to-end finance tasks and supporting the College Business Operations Manager.
This is a full-time, ongoing position (term-time only), commencing Thursday, 28 January ****.About the RoleThe College Bursar is responsible for the daily operation of the College's purchasing, accounts payable, receivable and billing systems and ensuring accuracy of all charges, credits, payments, and refunds entered into the finance system.
The position requires a sophisticated level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with the capacity to take initiative in the provision of support and be a part of a collaborative team.Essential Accountabilitiesaccounts receivable, purchasing and accounts payableliaison with families relating school accountsmonth end and year end financial tasksassist with the preparation of annual budgetsassures compliance with SCS standards, principles and proceduresrespond to inquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders.perform other duties as requested by the College Principal, or Business Operations Manager.Required Attributesrelevant finance experience, coupled with a knowledge of computer systems, including Technology One, Compass,
