Now you're looking for the right environment to grow.BYRONS Lending Solutions is seeking an experienced asset finance broker who wants the backing of an established professional services business while retaining ownership of their independently sourced client relationships.Join the broader BYRONS group—one of Australia's top 100 accounting and advisory firms—and build your business alongside accountants, residential mortgage brokers and commercial finance specialists.What's behind youAn established brand — strengthen your professional presence with the BYRONS name.A professional Sydney CBD base — access our office occupying the entire Level 18 at 570 George Street, with flexible working arrangements.Business infrastructure — access lending systems, established processes, in-house IT support and shared marketing resources.Professional connections — build relationships across our accounting and lending teams, with opportunities for referrals and collaboration.Freedom to grow — continue developing your own networks, marketing and referral relationships within agreed brand and compliance standards.A transparent commercial structureSelf-generated deals: retain 90% of commission and associated VBI.BYRONS-referred deals: receive 50% of commission, with BYRONS retaining the other 50% and associated VBI.VBI remains subject to applicable lender and aggregator arrangements.Who we're looking forAn established asset finance broker with consistent deal flow who can independently manage applications from enquiry through to settlement.You value your independence and want to grow within a broader professional services business.This is a commission-based opportunity with no base salary, suited to a broker who has an existing pipeline and wants to join a bigger business and take their business to the next level.All discussions will be treated confidentially.CAREER PROGRESSIONWe actively invest in our staff and their development to whenever possible promote internally.IN-HOUSE TRAININGWe offer continuous professional training, on-the-job personal development and access to endless online training courses.GRADUATE SCHEMESWe pride ourselves on our graduate offering where we offer personal on-the-job support.
