Senior Compliance Manager – CRICOS & RTOReporting directly to senior management, you will lead the compliance function and ensure the ongoing integrity of regulatory obligations.
This role is focused on maintaining regulatory excellence, monitoring compliance, identifying risks, supporting continuous improvement and leading a small compliance team.Key responsibilitiesMonitor compliance with the ESOS Act, National Code, RTO Standards **** and associated legislationManage PRISMS reporting and ensure all regulatory reporting obligations are completed accurately and on timeOversee student compliance, attendance, course progress and intervention requirementsCoordinate internal compliance monitoring, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities including developing and maintaining accurate and complete trainer profiles; oversee development/purchase and customisation of assessment toolsPrepare professional responses to requests from regulators, including ASQA and the Department of EducationProvide practical compliance advice and guidance to managementLead,



mentor and support a small compliance teamEnsure compliance policies and procedures remain current and are consistently implemented across the organisationAbout youMinimum of three years' experience in a compliance management role within a medium to large Australian CRICOS providerDemonstrated expertise in the ESOS Act, National Code and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) ****Extensive practical experience using PRISMSStrong understanding of current Australian student visa requirements and migration policy affecting international studentsExperience liaising with regulators and preparing responses to compliance enquiries, audits and regulatory requestsExperience leading or supervising a small teamExcellent organisational, analytical and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyExtensive experience in interpreting assessment requirements for nationally recognised training and developing mappings to support assessment tool developmentExtensive experience in coordination assessment validation (post-assessment)About usAn established and respected Australian CRICOS provider with a solid compliance culture.
