Regional HSE Advisor (Senior) - NSW/VIC/ACTReporting to the National HSE Manager, you will be the senior HSE support for the project and plant teams across NSW and VIC, with 15+ months of work ahead.
Current teams are based around:Bendigo and Echuca (VIC)Deniliquin and the Riverina (NSW)Canberra and the Snowy regionGloucester (NSW Mid North Coast)It is an advisory role with real ownership: you will coach project teams, and you will also run risk registers and lead HSE set-up on current projects.What you'll doGive practical HSE advice and coaching to project managers, supervisors and crewsVisit sites regularly for inspections, critical risk control verification and assuranceLead HSE input to project start-ups: HSE plans, risk registers and site set-upLead or support incident investigations (ICAM)



and verify corrective actions close outRun audits and track performance trends across the regionSupport environmental compliance and approval conditions on siteHelp embed and improve Leed's HSE management systemWhat you'll bringSenior HSE Advisor experience in civil construction, water, utilities or energyCert IV WHS minimum; Diploma or higher well regardedLead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification highly regardedICAM or similar investigation training highly regardedA practical, hands-on way of delivering, and the credibility to influence site leadersWillingness to travel regularly across NSW and VIC, with overnight staysPre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screeningWhat's on offerA senior regional role with variety: water, dams, environmental works and civil
