We're seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of utility-scale battery storage assets, driving operational performance, commercial outcomes and long-term asset value.Key responsibilitiesOversee asset performance, reliability, availability and operational riskManage O&M; contractors, OEMs, service agreements and warrantiesDrive OPEX control, lifecycle planning and outage managementEnsure operational, safety and regulatory complianceWork closely with Trading, Engineering and Commercial teamsHelp shape the long-term asset operations strategy as the portfolio growsWhat we're looking forExperience in asset operations or management across BESS, renewables, power generation or major electrical infrastructureStrong commercial, contractual and contractor-management skillsUnderstanding of HV infrastructure, operational safety and regulatory complianceFamiliarity with the Australian NEM and energy trading interfacesA proactive, commercially minded leader who can challenge service providers and make informed owner-side decisions
