Be involved in strategic asset management to optimize the lifespan of assets and undertake stakeholder and customer engagement.DUTIESAssist in developing and implementing Strategic Asset Management Plans to improve Council's asset management over a 10 year timeframeReview and implement relevant policies and strategies aimed at the sustainable management of Council's major assetsPerform statistical and other analyses on asset condition, performance, and risk dataCoordinate the review and integration of infrastructure impacting strategies and plansSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDegree in Civil Engineering or relevant qualificationsPrevious experience in Local Government is highly desirableProficiency in Authority, CIVICA and Asset Management SystemsHigh level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skillsCULTUREExpand on your skills and experience within this diverse and driven team.
