It builds specialised equipment for major food industry clients and sterilisation equipment for hospitals.This is not a desk job.
You'll lead from the floor, keep work moving and hold the standards the business is known for.The RoleRun daily workshop operations and allocate workLead and mentor tradespeople and apprenticesManage scheduling, priorities and deadlinesTrack progress, labour and job costs against quotesMake sure work meets drawings,



specs and quality standardsKeep safety and housekeeping standards highAbout YouExperience leading a fabrication or engineering workshopStrong boilermaking or stainless steel fabrication backgroundAble to read drawings and manage performanceComfortable using Word and ExcelHeavy-duty stainless or food industry experience is highly regarded.
A trade ticket is preferred but not essential.
