By leading the recruitment process and top notch delivery to our valued clients you will be responsible be reporting to the CRT division manager and recieving support from the CRT team consisting of 3 other team membersHigh volume recruitment (lots of calls) following leads from platforms such as seek,linkedin, refferals, various other job boards or platforms that you bring to the tableScheduling of our existing pool of casual and fulltime workers ******* personnel utilising our highly functional workforce management systemStrong attention to detail and the ability to work seamlessly with our mobilisation department in ensuring candidates submitted to clients have validated working rights + compliances for the jobAbility to build strong relationships and or hold exisiting relationships with active suitable candidates that fit isnide your portfolioHighly focused and resilient, The blue collar market is tough, the right candidate must have the ability to work under pressureCustomer and candidate care, we deliver quality our people are our clients successCrane's and rigging knowledge is Highly advantageousOther tasks including 360 recruitment is required in this team environement, we work togetherIdentify Upskilling requirments for exisiting staff and recent onboardsOrganise training and VOC's specific to the roleIn this role you will be highly regarded and ultimatley recruiting for the following rolesCrane operators Mobile Slewing ( Franna, All terrains, Crawlers, Roughie's, Tower , Spider) All Size and tonnagesTruck Drivers with Float ExperienceRigggers (Crane Crew experience )This position holds a key link in our supply chain to a growing buisness and division Drive Personnel continue to be the difference in labour delivery across a demanding sector, if you feel like you would fit this role
